The main research topics of CSDL include electronic design automation (EDA), design technology co-optimization (DTCO), and AI hardware design. Recently, our research has been particularly focused on AI/ML-driven physical design optimization, DTCO for advanced technology nodes, generative and agentic AI for semiconductor design automation, and AI hardware design with hardware-software co-optimization.
Currently we are looking for talented students who would like to work with us on designing state-of-the-art SoC and CAD solution. Candidates with experience or interest in one or more of the following areas will be considered seriously.
